May 2 - Welcome Meeting & Cookout at the Saladino's House
June 6 & 7 - Move In Day!
June 8 - Orientation Day, $1,200 Due
July 6 - $1,600 Due
August 3 - Celebration & Send-Off

This summer

Build your resume while you learn and practice rhythms of health, community living, and spiritual disciplines that further prepare you for life in the marketplace. A few semesters are a short time to prepare for a lifetime in a career that God calls you to. We have developed an opportunity for those summer months that pose as a great window to keep you growing and focused in and on the trajectory God is leaning you into as a collegiate student. Whether summertime is historically a SETBACK, a time of pause, or you find yourself filling time with a job that does not connect to your future career, this opportunity is a great practical SET UP to build your faith, calling, clarity, and overall health as you SET OUT for a lifetime in the marketplace
In this Internship you will:
  • Receive leadership training
  • Grow in time management skills, stewardship, integrity, and accountability 
  • Gain clarity in your gifts and calling 
  • Experience how the workplace can be used as a platform for sharing Jesus
  • Study and apply spiritual disciplines
  • Learn marketable skills from local marketplace leaders in the community
  • Receive mentorship
  • Attend and serve in the local church
  • Experience inner healing
  • Deeply connect in fellowship
  • Disconnect from unhealthy technology and media habits
  • Practice conflict management
  • Have fun enjoying a summer in Blacksburg  
  • Make lifelong friendships
